Project Presentation The project Erzherzog-Karl-Straße 9 is in close proximity to the Old Danube. The U1 station Kagran is only a few minutes away on foot and thus ideal for owner-occupiers or for rent. The building facing the street consists of two full floors located above ground and three attic floors. In the course of construction measures, 43 modern residential units will be created.
