Nordstreet guarantees safe investment:
(i) the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of the project will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description if the project is funded in stages;
(ii) failure to collect the required funding before the start of the project will return all investments back to the invested persons. Upon application by the borrower for a lower loan amount, financing may be deemed to have been successfully completed by the collection of the lower amount.

Interest on the loan is calculated from the actual closing date of the auction and is paid monthly. The amount invested is repaid by the project developer repaying the loan.
