CrowdEstate is a real estate crowdfunding platform based in Estonia, that mainly connects real estate developers with investors. The real estate projects offering around 12% return yearly. Also, CrowdEstate offers Corporate finance and Mortgage loans. Their long-term business loans have yields above 15%. In order to be transparent, CrowdEstate declares that their company conducts rigorous due diligence process for all the investment projects on their platform. Thanks to this option, the investor just need to decide an expected rate of return % per year, an amount that he would like to invest and an investment duration. If an investor needs some more specific criteria for his investments, he can do it under the section, called “show more setting”.

Crowdestate how it works and who can Invest?

CrowdEstate is open for all investors all over the world (except the USA, they are not operating in this country). Once you make a registration, you can put and withdraw your funds via international bank transfer.

How do you start investing? (Opening an Account)

The first step as always is open an investment account on the platform. The process is extremely easy and you can do it on CrowdEstate, and it takes just a few minutes. For opening an account in CrowdEstate, you don’t need to verify your documents, but in order to withdraw your money, there is an ID or Passport verification step that is mandatory. Normally, investors download their documents on the platform after receiving their return.

Once your account has been created, you can deposit money on the platform via an international bank transfer. Usually, banks need from 1 to 3 days to transfer the funds (depends on the bank and country).

Making the First Investment

Once you deposit the money on the platform, it is a time to observe the situation on the current projects. According to the investor's experience on the CrowdEstate webpage, many of them mentioned that there are not so many projects available in relation to a number of investors. For this reason, you need to be quick or to use “Auto-Invest” feature. Also, there is an opportunity to find something attractive in the secondary market.
