The people behind Crowd2Let, have been assisting individuals and companies to invest in the residential property market in the North East of England for more than 15 years. Based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne the Director and senior management team of Crowd2Let have over 90 years of combined experience in all aspects of residential property investment, refurbishment and management as well as estate agency and property marketing consultancy.

We have sourced over 750 investment properties worth more than £40 million for both individuals as well as corporate organisations.

We currently manage in excess of 500 of these properties through our in house lettings and management business.
