The only restriction to invest is that the resources come from licit sources, for which Briq.mx performs verification processes to its investors.

The best projects are presented to an evaluation committee that has decades of experience in real estate investments that issues recommendations and considerations on each project, approving only the best, which are published on the Briq.mx platform to raise investment from stakeholders.
Briq.mx has a strategic alliance with GBM, one of the most important brokerage houses in the country, ensuring that all financial operations, including investors' money and project money, are never mixed with Briq.mx's operation, using specialized investment accounts.
Once a project gets the necessary investment, it is formalized and delivered to the developer, and the Briq.mx team constantly monitors the progress of the project, reporting approximately every month the progress of work to investors. As the developer re-pays the funds, they are dispersed to each investor until the project is completed.
Where did Briq.mx come from?The partners of Briq.mx have experience in the financial and real estate sector and recognized that real estate is the type of assets with the best accumulated returns in recent years, but on a personal level it was difficult for them to make this type of investment due to the large amounts required, which are only achievable by 1% of Mexicans.
On the other hand, they knew excellent real estate developers whose needs were not met by banks and other sources of financing.
