Briq.mx is a collective funding platform that allows small and medium savers to invest in real estate projects previously evaluated by experts, from small amounts, with low risk, legal certainty and with real estate as collateral.

Who can invest in the projects published by Briq.mx?

Briq.mx was created for the purpose of making real estate investments accessible to all. The current minimum investment amount is $5,000 pesos, which Briq.mx constantly seeks to reduce to make investing possible for more people.

The main focus of Briq.mx are small and medium savers, but they can also invest moral people who are looking for attractive returns.

The only restriction to invest is that the resources come from licit sources, for which Briq.mx performs verification processes to its investors.

How does Briq.mx work?

The Briq.mx team is dedicated to finding attractive real estate projects, which are analyzed by a team of subject matter experts:

  • Financial viability
  • Market conditions
  • Background and reputation of partners and developing company
  • Feasibility of licenses and permits

The best projects are presented to an evaluation committee that has decades of experience in real estate investments that issues recommendations and considerations on each project, approving only the best, which are published on the Briq.mx platform to raise investment from stakeholders.

Briq.mx has a strategic alliance with GBM, one of the most important brokerage houses in the country, ensuring that all financial operations, including investors' money and project money, are never mixed with Briq.mx's operation, using specialized investment accounts.

Once a project gets the necessary investment, it is formalized and delivered to the developer, and the Briq.mx team constantly monitors the progress of the project, reporting approximately every month the progress of work to investors. As the developer re-pays the funds, they are dispersed to each investor until the project is completed.

Where did Briq.mx come from?

The partners of Briq.mx have experience in the financial and real estate sector and recognized that real estate is the type of assets with the best accumulated returns in recent years, but on a personal level it was difficult for them to make this type of investment due to the large amounts required, which are only achievable by 1% of Mexicans.

On the other hand, they knew excellent real estate developers whose needs were not met by banks and other sources of financing.

From this understanding they identified the opportunity to create Briq.mx to enable small savers to access investments in quality real estate projects, and to give developers an efficient financing solution.
