Due to product demand, and as a result of lender feedback, we have reintroduced a pledge limit for this project, on a trial basis. This is to give those that take valuable time to perform necessary due diligence the greatest opportunity to successfully pledge at 10 a.m. Pledges will be limited to £2,000 for the first 5 minutes that the project is live. Post 10.05 a.m pledges greater than £2,000 can be created, or an existing pledge for this project can be increased (subject to availability). Colne has a population of 17,855 and is situated 6 miles north east of Burnley and approximately 25 miles east of Preston. Colne train station is the Eastern terminus of the East Lancashire Line offering direct links to Burnley, Preston in 1 hour 10 minutes and Blackpool. The town centre is just 0.7 south west of the site and provides the typical retail shops and grocery stores including Santander, Lidl and TK Maxx. Planning permission has been granted by Pendle Borough Council under planning reference: 19/0811/FUL for the erection of 5 no. dormer bungalows with associated parking. The development will comprise 5 new build dwellings: 3 x 1-bedroom bungalows measuring approximately 45 sq.m each 2 x 2-bedroom bungalows measuring approximately 64 sq.m. each
