The collaborative economy has proven its worth. Its main tool, crowdfunding, has already funded thousands of artists, visionaries and entrepreneurs. It introduces disruption into all sectors of the economy and overcomes the constraints of traditional structures such as banks.
Today, the collaborative economy also finances the construction of the housing that France needs.

Disrupting the real estate sector

Disruption is about making products or services cheaper and more accessible where there are rents or non-transparent oligopolies.
In real estate development, disruption occurs when the project is financed. Yesterday reserved for banks and other investment funds, we now want to open it up to the general public so that the benefits of this high value-added sector benefit everyone.
