LEORM crowdfunding platform assists projects’ originators from various European countries to develop their business projects, and helps its investors to gain stable returns up to 12% on property-backed loans. No fees for investors. The platform offers 3 types of projects for its investors: real estate development projects, buy-to-let projects, and other business projects secured with property. 

Who we are and what we do?

We are a team of financial and real estate experts with impressive experience in business projects' realisation and attracting institutional and privite equity financing for projects in the Baltic States. Therefore, our main priority is enabling the right choice for our investors, by selecting the best quality projects which are able to earn competitive returns.

How the deals are secured?

All projects are carefully selected before they are offered by LEORM on the platform. Every project goes through multilevel evaluation process. When a project is offered on the platform and is opened for investing in it, the investors' funds are kept in an escrow account that is separated from the LEORM operational bank account. If the fundraising campaign for the project was not successful, the attracted funds are returned to the investors. When the fundraising campaign has reached the goal of fundraising, the funds are transferred to the project's originator only after all legal procedures are completed by the project's originator, mostly, the pledge is duly established.

How investing works at the platform?

There are some easy steps to start investing:

1. Create your LEORM virtual investor's account by registering with your e-mail. Activate the account by e-mail confirmation and log in to your account. Fill in the form and submit your identification document. We check that everything is in order and informs you when your account is ready to go.

2. Add funds to your Leorm virtual investor's account by bank transfer.

3. Choose current active investment objects in your LEORM virtual investor's account from the Primiry or Secondary Market.

4. Make your investment in the choosen project/s. You can start investing from 100 Eur. 

5. Get your income and invest in the next project to earn more!
