Lendy launched in 2012 and we specialise in providing bridging and development finance to property professionals, with funding provided by our established investment platform. The platform allows our investors to pool together their funds in order to finance development projects and property purchases. 

For investors, Lendy ensures the investing process is fast and simple and delivers a gross annual return of up to 12%, before tax, with all proposals fully assessed by an experienced credit committee before being made available for investment. 

All lending is secured with a legal charge, with a maximum LTV of 70%. This means that in the event of a default there is typically sufficient equity to allow loan funds to be recouped with the sale of the security. 

For borrowers we look at all types of securities including, but not limited to:

  • Residential
  • Investment
  • Commercial 
  • Land with planning
  • Agricultural land

We are commercially minded, and we can lend up to 70% of the open market value. With the backing of our 20,000+ register users, we have loaned more than £400m to more than 280 separate projects. 

We have completed on cases all across England, Scotland and Wales and look for ways to exceed our borrowers and introducers expectations and needs.
