However, Lemonway does not accept investors from the following countries: Afghanistan, Barbados, Belarus, Burma, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bosnia, Burundi, Korea, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, United States of America, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Mali, Mongolia, Namibia, Panama, Central African Republic, Congo, Russia, Samoa, Somalia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela or Yemen.
The first step as always is open an investment account on the platform. To open an account, you need to put the button “Register now” and choose the “individual” option. Then you just need to paste your name and some other information. After that, you will need to download your documents in a PDF format or something similar, from both sides. If you have problems with downloading, you always can contact their support team. Then, you need to wait until your documents will be accepted and your account will be verified. Usually, it takes from 1 to 3 working days. After following all these steps, your account is ready and you can make a bank transfer. Once you receive all your funds, you are able to make your first investment on Housers.
After confirming your account, you immediately have access to all the projects that are open for funding. Each investment project has detailed information about the property, current market position, financial information and plans to exit from this particular deal. Note that the minimum amount to be an investment is equal to 50 Euros and investors have to manage their investments manually, because the platform does not offer an auto-invest feature.
