A regulatory framework
Fundimmo is the first real estate crowdfunding platform registered as a Participating Investment Advisor with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Registration as a Participatory Investment Advisor with ORIAS under number 14004248.
A team dedicated to the study of projects
Fundimmo's activity follows a very precise path, which is broken down into three stages essential to the analysis of the files. Sourcing makes it possible to analyse and select upstream the promoters with whom Fundimmo wishes to work. The team's internal pre-committee for analysis ensures that only viable projects are selected for the final advisory committee.
A committee of real estate professionals
Fundimmo is supported by an independent advisory committee composed of experienced real estate developers, investors and bankers who share their skills in the analysis and validation of financing applications.
Legal set-up of the operation
Fundimmo creates and manages an intermediary company dedicated to each operation with the aim of collecting funds for each project.
Project monitoring
At least quarterly reporting is provided to investors. This reporting reports on the progress of the work and the commercialization of the projects.
