ABOUT CROWDLI

AN EXPERIENCED TEAM IN THE REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT SECTOR

CROWDLI was founded in August 2016 by Felix Helling, Raphael Hagspiel, Roger Bigger and Reto Fierz. Managing Director Felix Helling had already brought the idea with him a few years earlier from a trip to the USA and finally realised it when he saw that this concept was also in great demand in Switzerland. CROWDLI launched its first property in February 2017.

CROWDLI brokers co-ownership shares in directly held investment properties via its crowdfunding platform crowdli.ch. CROWDLI only selects objects in tested locations, in best condition and good rentability. In addition, the investment property is independently valued by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In the transaction, the investors are represented by a law firm. The investment funds are paid into a protected trust or escrow account. CROWDLI therefore never has access to the investment funds itself. After the successful crowdfunding, a local property management company is in charge of the property on site. CROWDLI is available to investors as an owner representative at all times and pays out the proportionate returns every 3 months.
