EIN ERFAHRENES TEAM IM IMMOBILIEN- UND ANLAGEBEREICH

CROWDLI wurde im August 2016 von Felix Helling, Raphael Hagspiel, Roger Bigger und Reto Fierz gegründet. Die Idee dazu hatte Geschäftsführer Felix Helling bereits schon einige Jahre früher von einer USA-Reise mitgebracht und letztendlich verwirklicht, als er sah, dass dieses Konzept auch in der Schweiz sehr gefragt ist. Im Februar 2017 launchte CROWDLI sein erstes Objekt.

CROWDLI vermittelt Miteigentumsanteile an direkt gehaltenen Renditeliegenschaften über seine Crowdfunding-Plattform crowdli.ch. CROWDLI wählt nur Objekte in geprüften Lagen, in bestem Zustand und guter Vermietbarkeit. Zusätzlich wird das Investitionsobjekt durch PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) unabhängig bewertet. Bei der Transaktion werden die Anleger durch eine Anwaltskanzlei vertreten. Die Anlagegelder werden auf ein geschütztes Treuhand- bzw. Escrowkonto eingezahlt. CROWDLI hat somit nie selbst Zugriff auf die Anlagegelder. Nach dem erfolgreichen Crowdfunding betreut eine lokale Liegenschaftsverwaltung das Objekt vor Ort. CROWDLI steht den Anlegern als Eigentümervertretung jederzeit zur Verfügung und zahlt alle 3 Monate die anteiligen Renditen aus.
