Investment Process

Investor Numbers:

Crowdium selects first-rate real estate products and a fiduciary arms the legal structure (trust) to allow access to investors.

Through various sales channels:

Through official sales channels that offer projects and coordinate all investments, which are automated through crowdium.com, which centralizes all the operation necessary for customers to make the desired investments in selected properties.

They make cash contributions to the Trust account:

CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A., a recognized top-level fiduciary outside of Crowdium, administers the funds deposited in a corporate account at Banco Galicia.

The Trust acquires the Property:

Each investment project will have an independent trust and an independent corporate account with Banco Galicia. All trusts will be administered by CFA.

The property is for rent:

Once the investment has been made and the funds have been transferred, and the documentation required by the trustee has been submitted, the investor acquires a share of the trust.

Distribution of Rent:

Once all the funds have been reached among all the investors, Crowdium gives the order to the trustee that the trust buys the selected property. From now on, each investor owns a percentage (%) of the assets.

Appreciation of Value:

CFA administers the asset for the specified period - depending on the type of property - and at the end of the period sells the property and distributes the entire capital generated among the investors.

For sale:

During this period, Crowdium tracks the process - from start to finish - and conducts market research to determine the best time to sell the property.

Profit sharing:

If the acquired property generates income before the sale, the funds will be distributed periodically among the investors.
