By using blockchain & smart contract technology, we aim to be the first to bring a vertically integrated real estate tool that can benefit all the players in the Real Estate sector. We already have a product that is developed and works and we are working towards having our tool of smart renting and tokenization ready in the short-medium term. The main difference between us and other Real Estate- Blockchain companies is that we understand how complex the tokenization context is in regulatory terms, so instead of going against the system, what we want to achieve is to create a 3 steps structure in which firstly we adapt big corporation´s traditional systems into blockchain (what also allows us to monetize in the first months) and then, with solid foundations, we aim to start working with them on how to adapt their systems to apply our smart renting and tokenization tools. By doing this, we make sure we make progress at the same time as the regulator does, allowing us to adapt the business structure more flexibly depending on how the situation evolves. We know that tokenization is the future, but only when everybody (including the market, companies and regulators) is ready to assimilate it.
