The project is the purchase and conversion of a 3-storey end terrace unit dating back to 1889. The borrower is converting the property into 13 studio apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments at 82 Railway Road, Leigh, WN7 4AN. CrowdProperty has agreed to a total loan facility of £447,500 to be raised across two phases, the first phase enabled the borrowers to purchase the property which has a Market Value of £240,000 (RICS verified) and a GDV of £728,000.  This is the second phase and will enable the borrowers to complete the development works. Lenders are to receive 7.6% p.a. equivalent, with interest on this phase being rolled up and paid at exit. The maximum loan term for the project is 15 months, 12 months for this phase.
