The project involves the development of 6 new build residential units. CrowdProperty is seeking to provide a total loan facility of £750,000 over 3 phases for a term of up to 18 months. Lenders will receive interest at 8% per annum equivalent rolled up and paid at the end of the loan term. The phase one raise is for £210,000. The site is situated in Stockport, a large town in Greater Manchester, 7 miles South-East of Manchester city centre. The site is close to Junction 25 of the M60 and the A560 which is an arterial route leading from Stockport on to the M60 forming the Manchester Outer Ring Road. The M60 provides access to the M56, M62 and M6 which makes up part of the UK’s major motorway network. The project comprises a plot of land at Brinnington Road, Stockport, SK5 8BU with permission for the erection of 6 x four bedroom two and a half storey, semi-detached residential dwellings all with associated parking, landscaping and new access from Brinnington Road. Planning permission granted,under ref: DC/072570 from Stockport Council. The development will comprise the following: Internally, each Property will consist of G/F lounge and open plan kitchen / diner with separate WC, three bedrooms at first floor and a further bedroom with en suite and storage to the top floor. The Properties will have brick and stone elevations under a pitched tiled roof, with double glazed windows and rear patio doors Each Property will have two allocated parking spaces, some of which will be located adjacent to Plot 6 and others along the access road from Brinnington Road to the Properties The rear gardens to each Property will differ slightly in size, with Plot 6 having the largest of the six gardens. The Properties will also be set back from Brinnington Road and approached via a private driveway. The 6 units will comprise a total of 6,450 sq.ft floor area – 1,075sq ft each
