Due to product demand, and as a result of lender feedback, we have reintroduced a pledge limit for this project, on a trial basis. This is to give those that take valuable time to perform necessary due diligence the greatest opportunity to successfully pledge at 10 a.m. Pledges will be limited to £3,000 for the first 5 minutes that the project is live. Post 10.05 a.m pledges greater than £3,000 can be created, or an existing pledge for this project can be increased (subject to availability). This is a development exit for a development of 4 new semi detached properties in the village of South Littleton, Worcestershire, where CrowdProperty had previous agreed a total facility of £510,000 to be raised in 3 phases where the phase 1 raise was £141,000. This new facility is a single raise loan where CrowdProperty has agreed a development exit loan of £545,000 total for a term of circa. 12 months. South Littleton is a small village located just west of Evesham and 34.5 miles south of Birmingham, 22 miles north east of Cheltenham and on the north western edge of the Cotswolds. Evesham has a populatioon of 23400 and benefits from direct train to London Paddington (1 hour 45 mins) together with all amenities. The village has a population of circa. 1,775 (2011 census) and benefits from small shops, takeaways, sports club and a post office. The site is currently progressing to practical completion, benefiting from planning that has been granted by Wychavon District Council for the erection of four dwellings under planning reference number: 18/01999/FUL. CrowdProperty attended the last monitoring surveyor visit which noted all properties are now wind and watertight, and internally have been decorated with second fix joinery installed. Finishing works will include completing the sanitaryware, boiler and kitchen installations. The borrower is also progressing with the landscaping. The four dwellings will comprise 2 pairs of semi-detached properties. Units 1 -4 will comprise: Lounge Kitchen/diner WC 2 x double bedroom, one of which will be an ensuite Single bedroom Family Bathroom All plots will benefit from off-road car parking spaces.
